Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays over the Summer.
  • Summer check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off-season check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.

Property Access

  • Electronic entry.
  • Assigned covered parking for two vehicles, labeled 2001, under the building.
  • Exterior stairs to property level.
  • Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Always use your parking pass.

Policies and Rules

  • Valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
  • House Rules:
    • No smoking allowed.
    • Minimum age: 25 years.
    • Children allowed.
    • No events allowed.
    • No pets allowed. Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Parking Information

  • Assigned covered parking for two vehicles under the building (labeled 2001).
  • Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs; use visitor parking for large vehicles.
  • Always use your parking pass.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Linens: Sheets and towels are provided, wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the end of the beds.
  • Things to bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
  • There are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.
  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
  • The Rec Center pool is open year-round except holidays or for routine/emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.
  • Fitness Center is located across the street from the 2100 building.
